INFICON 贝阿德-阿尔珀特皮拉尼（Pirani）BPG402-S型复合真空计将两种真空计的功能融合到一个紧凑型装置中，测量范围为 5×10-10 毫巴至大气压（3.8×10-10 托至大气压）。多项技术相结合降低了安装、设置和集成的复杂性。选择带有两根氧化钇镀层铱丝的BPG400型真空计，价格经济，且可重复测量基准压力。传感元件自带的在轨校准数据在更换传感器时确保了高再现性。
